We call this color Bridger Brown which has a dark brown base and tan undertones as it pulls up.
Our bison leather was tanned in the United Station from American Bison, hand sewn with three colors of braided wax thread from Maine (tan, brown and navy options). Stamped with our bison logo on one side and “AMERICAN HANDMADE” on the other.
Note: Bison is far more varied than the cow leather we carry so every piece will be unique in character and one-of-a-kind. We avoid major scars and range marks when selecting parts of the hide to create from, but there could be blemishes and wrinkles…and other signs of life from a wild roaming animal.
